Boiler GP5 is an 800 kW hot-water boiler of the Green Power series for heat supply of production workshops, greenhouses and other facilities with high energy demand. With an increased efficiency factor of no less than 88% and a coolant operating pressure of 3-10 bar, the model combines economy with the ability to work in higher-pressure systems. Power control within 30-100% and an exit gas temperature of 160 °С ensure efficient fuel combustion and a service resource of at least 8000 hours per year.

Scope of Delivery

1. Kriger KVM GP boiler, consisting of a lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger, connecting flue ducts, and maintenance platforms and ladders;
2. A screw-type (or plunger-type) fuel feeding system with a boiler-side hopper equipped with an automated level control system, a sluice gate, and a fire suppression system;
3. A multicyclone filter with a sealed sluice gate dosing unit;
4. An automated ash removal system from the furnace, heat exchanger, and multicyclone into sealed mobile containers;
5. A pneumatic cleaning system for the boiler and economizer heat exchangers;
6. A frequency-controlled induced draft fan;
7. A set of frequency-controlled blast fans;
8. A set of piping and shut-off and control valves within the boiler;
9. An automatic monitoring and control system for the unit (power supply, monitoring, and control cabinets);
10. Documentation (certificates of conformity, boiler data sheet, operating manual, bill of materials, service log, design specifications).
