Boiler Kоm - 0,82 ВОТ is an 800 kW thermal oil boiler that heats a high-temperature organic heat-transfer fluid for process installations, dryers and presses. Unlike hot-water boilers, the model operates at a low coolant pressure of 6 bar, while the elevated exit gas temperature of 250 °С reflects the specifics of the thermal oil circuit. Smooth power control from 30-100% and an efficiency factor of no less than 85% deliver stable oil heating for at least 8000 hours per year.

Scope of Delivery for Boiler Equipment

1. Organic fluid-fired boiler units, consisting of a lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an organic heat transfer fluid economizer heat exchanger, connecting flue ducts, platforms, and maintenance ladders;
2. A screw-type fuel feeding system with a boiler-side hopper equipped with an automated level control system, a sluice gate, and a fire suppression system;
3. A multi-cyclone filter with a sealed sluice gate dosing unit;
4. A frequency-controlled induced draft fan;
5. An automated ash removal system transferring ash from boiler components into sealed mobile containers;
6. A set of blower fans with variable-frequency drive;
7. An automatic pneumatic cleaning system for heat exchanger tubes;
8. Set of valves within the boiler (upstream of the boiler in the fluid flow direction);
9. Automatic monitoring and control system for the unit;
10. Set of pneumatic and hydraulic pipes and hoses;
11. Set of installation cables and trays for laying the power and control wiring for the boiler unit;
12. Documentation (boiler specifications, operating manual, bill of materials, service log).
