Boiler KVm-8-23-200
Boiler KVm-8-23-200 is a high-pressure hot-water boiler with a nominal heat capacity of 8000 kW for large heat nodes and production sites. The model is rated for an elevated coolant operating pressure of 23 bar and delivers an efficiency factor of at least 85% at an exit gas temperature of 200 °С. Output control across the 30-100% range provides flexible management of heat generation.

1. Kriger KVm boiler, consisting of a lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger, connecting gas ducts and service platforms and ladders;
2. Screw-type fuel supply device with a boiler hopper equipped with an automated level maintenance system, a sluice gate and fire extinguishing system;
3. Multicyclone filter with hermetic sluice dispenser;
4. Automated ash removal system from the furnace, heat exchanger, multicyclone and economizer into hermetic mobile containers;
5. System of pneumatic cleaning of heat exchangers of the boiler and economizer;
