Boiler KVM(a) 1,01 is a hot-water boiler of the Hybrid series with a nominal heat capacity of 1000 kW, intended for heating and hot-water supply of industrial and municipal facilities. Its hybrid design allows operation on different fuels, while thermal power control across the 30-100% range adapts output to variable load. With an efficiency factor of at least 85%, coolant operating pressure of 3-6 bar and a 380 V; 50 Hz mains supply, the unit suits long, continuous operation.

1. Kriger KVm Hybrid water-heating boiler unit, consisting of a heat exchanger and a retort base;
2. Screw-type fuel feeding device with a 1.3 m³ hopper;
3. Multicyclone filter;
4. Frequency-controlled induced draft fan;
5. Set of frequency-controlled blast fans;
6. Pneumatic heat exchanger cleaning system;
7. Automatic ash removal system from the furnace and multicyclone;
8. Set of shut-off and control valves within the boiler;
9. Automatic monitoring and control system for the unit;
10. Documentation (boiler specifications, operating manual, bill of materials, service log).
